Chris Lanfear, a native of Lake George is the new Chef/Owner. Chris started his career at a family-owned Bar and Restaurant, Lanfear’s Tavern, when he was just a boy. Working through high school at the Georgian Luxury Resort, he ended up graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 1993. After traveling and working under some of the finest Chef’s, he settled back in the Adirondacks. For many years he was the Chef at the Wishing Well Restaurant and is now happy to offer his creations in his own setting.
